We respect your privacy. We will do everything we can to
keep your information secure, and we’ll only use it for the intended purpose.
When you sign up for services from Full Choice Communications,
Inc., you will be asked for your name, address, telephone numbers, and other
information we will need for billing. (For example, some people have
their bills sent to a P.O. Box number.) Our employees and authorized
agents will use the information to bill, maintain, and install services. From time to time, we will use your e-mail address to send you
information about our services. This may include special promotions,
information about new services now available, or changes in pricing or other
policies. We do not give out our customers’ e-mail addresses to any
other businesses. If you buy anything online, we encourage you to make sure you
are dealing with a reputable business which maintains high standards of
internet security. Full Choice Communications, Inc. will release information to
the government if we are served with a warrant, court order, or similar
document that legally requires us to do so. We don’t record any information that you provide to any other
business via our internet service. We don’t read your email, your
instant messages, or chat room content. We do keep e-mail messages on
our servers for a brief period of time. We will release that content
and identification information if we are presented a court order or if there
is a valid threat to others’ property and security.
